Montclair Village is a true highlight of Oakland and is a warm, family-friendly district highlighted by beautiful parks, shopping and restaurants, and is also quite close to highlights such as Chabot Space Center and some of the East Bay’s best hiking and biking trails. It is also home to a spectacular abundance of natural vegetation and wildlife.
As a Montclair homeowner, it is this natural beauty that appealed to me when I first looked at buying in Oakland. Of course the area is fantastic start to finish in so many ways, but this presents challenges as well. One of the challenges I really hadn’t considered when purchasing a non-track home was clean up required when your beautiful natural surroundings change with the seasons. Leaves fall, branches break, yards can be improved upon and landscaped, but all of these natural and/or man-made changes require clean-up.
This is where Bryan Bell, owner of All American Hauling comes into my life. Raking, sweeping and cleaning my yard is an ongoing process that I loosely maintain on bi-weekly basis, but there are times when nature has handed me a load bigger than I’ve been comfortable accommodating. There have also been times when I’ve brought these challenges on myself such as when I had my neighbors son cut down a dying tree in my backyard or when I replaced my deck.
The sheer weight of the trash and yard waste from these sort of projects is tremendous. It is nothing myself and helper could have handled on our own, nonetheless transported in our vehicles. I have to admit, before talking with Bryan, I didn’t even have any idea where the local dump was. Though, I suspect most people don’t know where the their local dump is.
The point is Bryan has cleared my yard waste and post-construction debris multiple times at this point and his help has been a god-send for me. All American Hauling is a company that I have much gratitude for and I highly recommend them as the areas best hauling and waste disposal company in the Bay Area. In fairness, I haven’t used the other local junk-it companies out there, but All Amercian Hauling has taken good care of me and at this point, I wouldn’t consider another.
